Our Approach To Fees

If you have ever seen one of our TV ads, you know that we end most of our ads with the statement "There's never a fee, unless we get money for you." Over the years, many people have asked, is that really true? Is there really no cost to use your services unless Edgar Snyder & Associates resolves the case?

Yes, it's true. At Edgar Snyder & Associates, we operate our practice based on contingency fees. This means that any fees we collect are based on a percentage of the settlement.

In addition, when we handle a claim, we advance all of the expenses and costs of handling the case. You pay us nothing unless -- and until -- we resolve your case. This allows anyone, no matter what their financial situation, to use our services.

When the case is resolved, our fee is based on a percentage of the settlement plus any costs that we have incurred to settle or litigate the claim. Costs to prove the case may include investigations, expert witnesses, accident reconstruction, medical reports and depositions, photographs, police reports and other costs specific to the case. Please note that the costs for handling your case will depend on your particular case.
